• Sale products are not eligible for returns; only exchanges will be accepted.

Exchanges

• A basic shipping charge will be applicable for exchanges. The charge may vary depending on the number of articles being exchanged.

Returns

• For return orders, once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the necessary inspection, we will process the refund.
• The refund amount will be the total order amount minus reverse shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the product has been inspected and approved.
